高位谋划,增强“三全育人”工作政治意识。校党委常委会、党委理论学习中心组第一时间学习贯彻习近平总书记关于思想政治工作的重要讲话指示精神,与学习贯彻党的十九届四中、五中全会精神等融会贯通学、联系实际学,与落实省委巡视整改工作同向发力、一体推进,切实增强全员全程全方位育人的政治自觉、思想自觉和行动自觉。把高质量推进三全育人’”写入学校第八次党代会党委工作报告和学校党委《关于制定学校十四五事业发展规划和二〇三五年远景目标的建议》,摆在学校坚持六个高质量发展的首要位置,研究出台《安徽医科大学“三全育人”综合改革实施方案》,全面确保“三全育人”综合改革高起点、高标准、高质量实施。

压实责任,推动“三全育人”工作落地落实。校党委常委会每年专题研究“三全育人”工作,成立由学校党委书记顾家山和校长曹云霞担任组长、其他校领导担任副组长,各职能部门负责人和二级党组织书记任成员的思想政治工作领导组,全面负责“三全育人”综合改革工作。建立《关于加快构建高校思想政治工作体系的意见工作台账(2020-2022)》和年度“三全育人”工作要点,实施挂图作战,项目化推进、清单化管理,明确十大育人牵头部门责任。同步启动六所直属附属医院“三全育人”综合改革工作,强化附属医院教书育人首位责任。成立由校领导、老专家、副教授辅导员组成“三全育人”工作督导组,把“三全育人”工作推进情况列入全校各部门、各单位年度考核重点内容,压紧压实责任,推进改革举措落地见效。

协同联动,突出“三全育人”工作特色成效。学校协同推进思政课程和课程思政建设,紧紧围绕习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想“三进”,着力推进重点马克思主义学院建设,建强思政课主渠道。成立课程思政工作领导组,建立课程思政发展中心,出台《安徽医科大学课程思政建设工作规划(2021-2025)》,构建课程-专业一体化、多维度,与思政教育协同发展的课程思政教育体系,使各类课程与思政课程同向同行。协同推进科研育人和实践育人,紧紧围绕学生创新创业能力培养、社会责任意识培育,加强校地、校企、校院合作,搭建研学实践大平台,促进医教研协同发展、产学研合作育人。协同推进文化育人和网络育人,紧紧围绕弘扬和践行社会主义核心价值观,把安医精神宣传教育贯穿线上线下大课堂,积极构建教服一体化智慧思政平台,运用校园各类宣传阵地讲好安医人战疫英雄故事,让主旋律更加响亮,正能量更加强劲。协同推进关爱服务和组织保障育人,紧紧围绕以学生健康成长成才为出发点和落脚点,把师生呼声作为第一信号,建立健全学生资助体系、心理健康教育体系、师资队伍建设体系、管理服务保障体系,夯实党建工作责任制,不断提升教育管理服务质量。
